gym time and recycling center

yesterday morning we went to cherry knoll elementary's gym time. for those of you who don't live here, the school system has something called "way to grow". each of the schools offer their gym once a month for us little guys to come play. usually there are ropes to swing on, things to climb, scooters to ride, balls to throw and lots of space to run. today at cherry knoll, they had something called music and movement. this crazy lady, mum says that's not very nice but agrees she was a little crazy, but in a good way, led the group. she had songs, dances, bubbles, scarves and rattles made out of plastic eggs. alex, tessa and the other kids had a great time. as you can see in the picture, i wasn't overly thrilled. mum said to complete the picture, all i needed was a tin can to kick. grandma tenley would NOT be proud. i kept asking where all the toys were. i did like the bubbles though. mum had fun watching the other kids and thought it was fun.
in the afternoon, we met alex and his mum for a walk and trip to the park.
last night, mum left all the boys home and went to book club which includes lots of wine and laughs and little talk about books.
now today, i loved today! this morning we met my friends at a recycling center. it was a big building full of bobcats (little forklift, not the animal), sorters, a guy with mohawk, and lots of trash. i think i found my future career. we all went to the park after. what a great morning.
