we went over to jp's this morning. the kids rode bikes, tractors, jeeps, and played while the mum's made stepping stones. they just called us over once in a while to get a hand or foot print. laurie gave us all popsicle's and even bird, the dog, stood still long enough for a picture. on the way home, jameson and i fell asleep in the car and we both slept 2 hours. mum sat outside and read her book. it was the first time that happened and mum was in heaven.
dad went into work early today then we're off to grand rapids for a 25k running race for dad. we're staying in a fancy hotel with a pool. it should be fun.
