dad says he never wins. well, with 2 wins in 2 weeks he's on a roll.
yesterday was the peak 2 peak mountain bike race up at crystal mountain. the course was perfect for dad. nothing technical plus 3 trips up to the top of the ski hill. he got away on the first time up and managed to stay away for the next 2 laps. he beat all the expert racers and placed 5th among the pros/elites. not too bad for a roadie.
the big one is in 3 weeks so we'll see how he does then. hopefully he can stay on his bike this year.
happy birthday to grandpa today. he's got one more year until the big 6-0.

no, no more rhino. we ride for hagerty now, an antique boat/car insurer. i have a couple med. rhino jerseys in decent shape if you want them. you guys doing el tour?
