we've been keeping pretty busy around here. the weather has been perfect for bike riding and park going. not exactly beach weather but we won't complain. around low 70's every day.
this past weekend we went on a road trip to lovely flint, michigan. nana and papa from florida were in town and mum had a couple of races so we made a weekend of it. mum got second and third in her races and we had a great time hanging out with family. thanks to aunt terri for putting up with all the noise and messes that seem to follow two very active boys.
our garden is doing great. the tomatoes are still green but we have so many snap peas they actually make it in the house and aren't just all eaten on the spot. we've also had squash every way possible. our favorite is on pizza, but what isn't good on pizza...
we're counting down the sleep until grandma tenley comes. only 12 more. we're very excited.
i guess that's about it. we're off to the park for the third time today.
