our days in the sonoran desert are coming to an end. bummer but we've really been having a great time here. catching up with old friends, making new ones and trying to be outside as much as possible. hard to believe it's been 3 weeks already.
yesterday after an egg hunt in the morning here we went over to our friend maggie's house. she has 6 hens that i got to pet and feed and chase and collect eggs from. she had 2 dogs and 2 cats too. what a fun place!
mum and dad have been putting the train into training camp and are both logging some serious miles. mum put 300miles in the past 7days. too bad she's going to lose in all once we get back up to the tundra.
gots to get back outside, we've broken out the kiddie pool as things are approaching 90F (sorry to rub it in tc and manitoba people).
