sad day today. very sad actually cause it's our last day in the old peublo. wow! has it been a great trip. you know when on some holidays you can't wait to get home? this wasn't been one of those. we could easily stay till may.
other than breaking rocky's food dish we've had an uneventful stay. no crashes, or flats, broken bones or stained rugs. dad is pretty surprised i guess.
thanks to our 5 host families who shared their homes and all the others who took care of us. we are truly lucky to have such kind and generous friends. all of you have an open invitation to come stay with us and see our great lake's splendor.
we've been busy today packing, cleaning and shopping. we're off to phoenix tonight for the red-eye back to michigan.
